In order to popularize the knowledge of legal rights protection of small and medium-sized enterprises and improve their the awareness of legal rights protection,
recently sponsored by the bureau of small and medium-sized enterprises of Liaoning province. The legal rights protection training for small and micro-sized enterprises
co-organized by the bureau of small and medium-sized enterprises of Jinzhou city was held at Jinzhou Petroleum Hotel. Wang Yingming, an associate professor at the
school of law of Liaoning university, conducted a training on the identification and settlement of some difficult problems in commercial contract disputes of small
and medium-sized enterprises training, and answered questions about the companys laws.
Through this study, the legal department of Haixin strengthened the special study of legal rights protection in business, avoided risks in the cooperation process,
and protected the healthy development of enterprises.
